DIGI I's new factory completed

| The new factory, with the two floors totaling 3800 square meters |
DIGI I's Ltd. is located in Iwate Prefecture, the northern part of Japan's Main Island. DIGI I's is the main production point among Teraoka/DIGI production points worldwide. Among the products manufactured are Wrappers, POS ECR registers and Water Purifying System, Label Printers GP and DP series, Prepack Scale Printer DPS series and Food industry products and others.
The new factory was completed with the two floors totaling 3800 square meters and started in operation on March 22nd.

I's Ltd. and Executive Managing Director of Teraoka Seiko Co., Ltd. tells about the purpose of the new facility, "Top Quality, improvement of the production process by applying the TOYOTA method and enhancement of productivity and large-cost reduction to help with the struggle on the world market stage."

DIGI Korea Weigh System Co., Ltd. established
Teraoka Seiko Co., Ltd. (Tokyo, Japan) announced that their 6th marketing subsidiary, DIGI Korea Weigh System Co., Ltd. was founded on March 25th in Soul, Korea.

Harvey Kato, General Manager of Global Business Development Div. of Teraoka Seiko Japan, was appointed as President of DIGI Korea.
He explains the purpose of the new company, "Now we, DIGI Korea can be confident about providing retailers with better service and satisfaction second to none as a result of the establishment of DIGI Korea in Seoul, Korea.
DIGI Korea can now offer the most innovative and customer-oriented solutions to the Korean retail market". He continues to say, "We are proud of becoming a member of the DIGI family and Teraoka/DIGI group companies. I am confident that DIGI products will overcome the strongly established Ishida and Cas and penetrate into every single corner of the market, as long as we have DIGI superiority of products, DIGI brand reliability and the back-bone of support from Teraoka/DIGI worldwide."

Chairman Faleev explains the reason to set-up DIGI Technologies Co., Ltd.,
"We started the business with DIGI in 1999. During the short period since then, DIGI has been established well and we have been recognized as a leader to propose a total solution for the retail industry. To concentrate on DIGI much more, we set up a new company called DIGI Technologies Co., Ltd. We are sure that the new organization will help us distinguish our product with customers and allow us to provide better service to them with a professional sprit. "

New sales staff at DIGI Europe Ltd.

| John Baker, UK Sales& Ser- Martina Dudley vice Manager |
DEL are pleased to announce the appointment of two new sales staff. Mr John Baker joined DEL in April 2005, and is responsible as UK Sales & Service Manager.
Additionally to strengthen the overseas sales organisation, Miss Martina Dudley joined DEL in May 2005. Martina was working previously with Herbert & Sons working on the Tesco HC-3600 as a product specialist.
Martina has taken over the account management for Teraoka/DIGI marketing subsidiary companies in Germany, France, Holland and Belgium. Martina enjoys sports, which includes Net Ball and KickBoxing, so watch out gentlemen Martina will be a tough negotiator!
We would like to wish them both good luck in their new positions at DEL.
