Teraoka Seiko Japan is pleased to introduce the new tabletop type weight checker “TCW-WP” and announce its launch to the overseas market.
The biggest advantage of the TCWWP is that it is durable thanks to the IP-68 water-resistance rate and full stainless steel housing. TCW-WP can be wash-downed with tap water to clean the scale. TCW-WP can be used in the very harsh working environments of food processing centers.
Furthermore, TCW-WP has sophisticated functions; “Checker function,” “Ranking function,” and “Fixed weight check function,” which are useful for daily weight check operations. TCWWP also has a “Graphic bar-display,” and an “Audible alarm” which help to improve working efficiency.
TCW-WP works with 4D batteries. It is convenient for carrying around, in case operators need to change areas often. As the scale works for 14000 hours continuously (*Alkaline batteries) with “auto power shut down”, it is economical.

Empowering tomorrow’s production with DIGI’s ID Manager System

| Teraoka Singapore and Racer Corporation worked together to develop and install the system at B.E Food Process Corporation. |
ID Manager is a router system that allows the integration of counting scales and indicators in a wired or wireless network. With a single item database, users can easily add or import/export urgent items, keep track and monitor real-time transaction data. Users will use this transaction data with their customized user interface software for production planning, staff education materials, production analysis and other data functions.
Teraoka Singapore’s industrial team worked with Racer Corporation Company in Taiwan to install the ID Manager system at B.E Food Process Corporation, one of the largest pork process factories in Taiwan. The system consists of ID Manager, linked with the DC-200 (counting scale) with barcode printer and the DI-300SS (digital indicator).

The pork process factory needed a system to help them analyze their daily production real-time transaction data and keep track of the item database. ID Manager allowed them to capture all weighing data and export the data to the user’s PC by a scheduler. Through the user interface software, an analyzed report was generated. This system greatly reduced the cost and manpower needed to write down all the item and transaction data for daily, weekly and monthly data analysis purposes.
The installation was successful and B.E Food Process Corporation is very satisfied. Taking this opportunity, Teraoka Singapore Industrial Team would like to show their appreciation to Racer Corporation’s team and all parties involved for their strong support and hard work.
