The TCS is a combination scale having twelve platforms. It will reduce the amount of giveaway, reduce the number of operators needed and increase production speed. The operation of the machine is very easy. Program the target weight, the maximum giveaway, and the number of pieces by using the big color touch screen. Then the machine is ready for operation. Place one item on each of twelve scales. The TCS will weigh all twelve items, and find out the best combination of items immediately to achieve the closest weight against the target weight. The operator just needs to select the items that are indicated by the big LED's for each fixed weight pack. Fixed weight packs: the best combinations of items that achieve the closest weight against the target weight are indicated by big LED's. For severe environments, the IP66 waterproof will completely eliminate any water or dust. All satellite scales are linked to the main unit through "wireless" communication so they are very portable and can be easily removed and cleaned without the need for tools.   All guess work to make fixed weight packs is eliminated with the combination scale. No trimming of the product is needed to meet a particular weight. Operators no longer have to find the correct weight by trial and error.
