On the morning of December 6, the Shanghai Municipal Government held a certification ceremony for the regional headquarters and R&D center of multinational corporations. The mayor Ying Yong issued certificates to the 29th group of regional headquarters and R&D centers of multinational corporations. The city's 30 multinational headquarters and 15 R&D centers were certified. Shanghai Teraoka Electronic Co., Ltd. was the first foreign-invested R&D center in Jinshan District. Shanghai Teraoka Electronic Co., Ltd. has been established for more than 20 years, insisting on independent research and development, technology development, and innovation. The center was selected out of a large group of advanced multinational R&D centers within Shanghai and was noted to be one of the world’s most advanced R&D centers in the industry.
