Fantastico adopted SM-5500 with e.Label Solution

Fantastico, a Bulgarian retailer, has recently adopted a DIGI technical solution, the PC based SM-5500-EVEL scale with integrated e-labels and info cards for one of their largest and most modern supermarkets.

Fantastico has been the model of a successful local retailer, establishing priorities for quality, modern technology and an outstanding store atmosphere for the customer. They currently have 35 stores in the capital of Bulgaria – Sofia.

The solution chosen by Fantastico impressed them because of the quick and easy operation allowing the operators to provide fast service. With the Hi-touch function, the PLU selection can be retrieved quickly with a simple touch of the e.label. The price on the database, PC scale and e-labels are wirelessly connected and react smoothly and accurately to any price change, the added waterproof feature enhances the performance and reliability of the SM-5500-EVEL.

The installation took place in March 2013 with 6 x PC Based scales SM-5500-EVEL, 300 x e.Labels and 20 x Info Cards. DIGI looks forward to more success with Fantastico and the SM-5500-EVEL both now and in the future with more DIGI products.
