The DRV-1000 is a Reverse Vending Machine for return of non-refillable PET bottles and cans. Integrated compactors reduce the volume of non-refillable containers, saving storage space and reducing logistical costs. Modular structure provides customers with various sorting and compacting combinations to meet specific requirements.
Quick & accurate recognition
DIGI's unique shape recognition technology uses a parabolic mirror to provide uniform light for the camera. This minimizes the influence of outside light and enables quick and accurate detection of various container shapes.
Small & light compactor
DIGI developed robust and durable, yet small and light compactors for non-refillable PET bottles and cans. Two separate compactors are located behind one insertion slot, splitting the burden of each compactor. Also the small, light compactor design is easy to maintain and service.
Easy maintenance
The DRV-1000 is designed to allow easy cleaning and maintenance for store personnel and service engineers. All cleaning areas are ergonomically accessible from the front of the machine. The easy cleaning helps keep the machine neat and sanitary, and presents an image of store cleanliness to shoppers.
Design
The front panel is available in various colors to complement your store's color or atmosphere (an option). With a space-saving modular structure, the DRV-1000 easily blends in with any store design.
