“Gramme Marché 2018”, an event that rethinks the connection between cities and food, will be held at Marunouchi Building from March 27 (Tues) – 29 (Thurs). During the event, visitors can purchase fresh, high quality produce while communicating face-to-face with the producer. Visitors can choose just the right amount of whatever fresh foods they like, sold per gram by scale. The scales themselves, provided by Teraoka, help to support the communication between the producer and customer.
This year's theme is “fresh challenge”. The twelve booths consist of young producers who are taking on the challenge of communicating and creating networks that bring safe and delicious produce to consumers.
