Main Features

Compact design

The compact single frame design of the LI-700E allows this machine to be fitted into production lines where line length is limited. The 3 conveyor machine will suit both new and existing systems giving maximum performance for minimal outlay.

LI-700E operation system

The LI-700E uses an industrial PC with IP65 ingress protection. Using embedded software on a Windows® operating system this machine offers flexible integration for bi-directional communication in XML format to back-office server data collection, programming and line monitoring.

Low cost industrial printer

The LC labeler is the standard labeler for the LI-700E. This labeler has an 80mm, 300dpi thermal head and air box applicator.

Long scale (650mm) LI-700E

LI-700E long scale

A long scale version with a scale length of 650mm is available for the 3 conveyor LI-700E. This allows products up to 475mm long to be weighed at a maximum pack rate of 33ppm.

LI-700 CR

The unique design of the LI-700CR machine has a return conveyor system, returning the weighed and labeled product back to the operator. With integral castors and its own air compressor unit this machine has great flexibility for mobility around the production workplace. The LI-700CR can operate as an automatic or manual weigh price labeller at a speed of up to 33ppm. The 3kg capacity scale incorporates a removable long product support for manually weighing longer items.

Label applicators

If using the classic labeler there is a range of label applicators to reliably apply many shapes and sizes of labels to the pack.

    
  • V deckWhen salami / sausage or a similar shaped product is to be used on the 700 series weigh price labeler (e.g. HI, MI, LI) an optional V conveyor system is available.The central part of the conveyor deck has a V shaped profile and using wider conveyor belts the product can be transferred along the V without rolling sideways.Suitable pack guides can be used to aid stability.
  • Pack guidesThere are various pack guides to suit different types of packs. Examples of these are the infeed rod guides, outfeed rod guides, HDPE material type and tall version of the standard HI guides
  • Gravity outfeed rollersA gravity roller kit can be fixed to the outfeed of the machine.Two widths and two lengths are available.Once fixed to the machine the angle of which the roller assembly sits can be adjusted.
  • Conveyor belts A wide range of conveyor belts is available to cater for many different applications and environments.

  • Frame heightTo cater for various height production lines, there are three frame height options. The standard height frame gives a conveyor height range of 755-920mm, the medium 850-1015mm and the tall frame option gives a conveyor height range of 945-1110mm.
  • Pack sensorsTo ensures reliable sensing of packs, different types of pack sensors are available and can be mounted horizontally or over head.

FAQ

  • Can the flow direction of the machine be left to right or right to left?
    The standard LI-700E can be built for either flow direction. The LI-700CR with its return conveyor system is only built with a right to left flow direction.
  • Can the labeler use thermal ribbon?
    A thermal transfer ribbon kit can be fitted to the Classic labeler to allow the use of thermal ribbon.
  • What is the longest pack the LI can weigh?
    The standard scale can weigh a product up to 300mm long. A long scale option is available to weigh products up to 475mm long. The LI-700CR has a unique scale length of 620mm for products up to 400mm long.
  • What is the widest pack the LI can weigh?
    The conveyors can handle a pack up to 250mm wide. (230mm for LI-700CR)
