Main Features

The OZONE generators sterilize and deodorize by generating ozone (O3). Mixed with either water or air, ozone is useful in a wide variety of applications for removing mold and slime, maintaining the freshness of vegetables, and repelling pests and vermin. Ozone is very economical, since it is produced electrically from oxygen that is present in the air. Leaving no harmful residue, it is environmentally friendly, and provides a convenient means of improving sanitation.

Strong disinfecting power

Ozone kills bacteria it touches by breaking down cell walls through direct oxidation. This kills bacteria quickly, and does not create resistant strains. Bacteria can be easily be eliminated by using ozone water in place of tap water. Rooms can be disinfected by fumigating them with ozone gas. Since ozone returns to oxygen upon reaction, it leaves no residue to be rinsed away and is friendly to the environment.

Strong deodorizing power

Ozone is a powerful deodorizer, dissolving odorous substances resulting from decay by direct oxidation. Deodorizing efficacy can be maintained further by direct application of ozone water.

Remove slime from floors and drainage channels

Washing floors with ozone water effectively removes slime from floor surfaces and drainage channels and helps to prevent re-accumulation.

Helps prevent food poisoning

Secondary contamination is considered the source of about 80% of food poisonings. Such contamination can easily be prevented by always washing hands and cooking implements with ozone water and using ozone gas at night to kill floating bacteria.

Ozone is an approved food additive in countries such as the U.S. and Japan, and can be added directly to food as a disinfectant when cleaning. Since ozone rapidly reverts to oxygen, it does not leave any residue in food after cleaning, and does not have any effect on taste. Ozone water helps keep vegetables fresh, and can be used to thaw frozen foods.

OZONE TERAOKA-WP07-1

Ozone water/Ozone gas two-way type

TWIN30-N(C)/TWIN60-N(C)

Can be used around the clock, producing ozone water when people are present, and automatically generating ozone gas by timer when spaces are unoccupied.
Two types, the TWIN30-N(C) and TWIN60-N(C), are available according to room size and required water volume.
Standard versions have 6 air outlets, but the TWIN30-N is available with additional outlets.
C: Cold climate type. (Prevents freezing by automatically activating a built-in heater when temperature falls below 5 degrees Celsius. Heater is automatically turned off when temperature rises above 7 degrees Celsius.)

Ozone gas type, for use where people are present

This model provides adjustable ozone gas output.
Daytime mode (inhabited environment): 16 selectable output levels
Nighttime mode (uninhabited environment): 2 selectable output levels
Can also be used at stores and factories that operate 24 hours a day.
Ozone gas outlet is especially designed for use in stores and offices. (Functionality is the same as with the standard model.)

High-capacity mobile type

MINI II-G

High capacity type produces ozone water at up to 12 liters/minute.
Can be used continuously around the clock, playing an active role in cleaning in all sorts of locations, regardless of time of day.

FAQ

  • Is it safe to apply ozone water directly to food?
    Ozone water is safe to apply directly to food.
  • I've heard that ozone water causes rust, is that true?
    The low concentration ozone water produced by these devices has no effect on ordinary kitchen utensils.
  • How does ozone water affect the body?
    Based on a variety of contact tests, there is no detectable effect.
  • Can ozone water be safely mixed with detergent?
    The amount of toxic gasses produced during reaction testing are less than reference levels.
  • Can water from wells and aquifiers be used as a water source?
    No. These devices can only be used with tap water.
  • What precautions should be observed when using ozone water to sanitize or resuscitate vegetables?
    Showering should be used with leafy vegetables, while root vegetables should be immersed in running ozone water.
  • What are the advantages of fumigating with ozone gas?
    Ozone gas fumigation disinfects an entire space, including places you can't reach with your hands. It can also protect against secondary contamination by airborne microorganisms.
  • What kind of environmental impact comes with strengthened sanitation?
