High productivity

The dynamic and high speed weighing and label application allows the HI-700ll to weigh and label up to 120 ppm.

High speed labeler

The high speed labeler provides fast application, large label roll diameter and 300dpi thermal print head. Different label applicators are available.

Windows operating system

The HI-700ll series uses an industrial PC, utilising embedded software on a Windows® operating system. This solution offers a flexible integration for bi-directional communication in XML format to back-office server data collection, programming and line monitoring.

Modular design

The modular design allows for the addition of extra labeling stations. Add more top and bottom labelers as required, allowing for the best solution for your requirements.

Top and bottom labeling

One or more base labelers can be integrated into the weigh price labeler, giving extra flexibility to label both the top and under side of each pack simultaneously. The base belt applicator can feed a label 40-110mm wide and 28-130mm high.

Long scale (650mm) version of the HI-700ll Maximum pack size: L: 80-475mm W: 40-250mm H:180mm

Multi labeler

HI-700ll with two top labelers and two base labelers. This configuration will allow automatic switching of labelers when one has run out of labels, further limiting the amount of downtime.

The flexibility of the HI-700ll allows other industrial types of printers that support TCP/IP communication to be connected.

Label applicators

DIGI has a range of label applicators to choose from, ensuring many sized and shaped labels can be successfully applied to different types of packages.

Sub infeed

An additional infeed (sub infeed) can be added. This option can be used to increase the spacing between packs on the conveyor.
