After experiencing the capabilities of DIGI’s POS solutions previously in its Beard Papa store in Singapore, Muginoho once again assigned DIGI to leverage the same POS benefits for Chewy Beret.
Impressed with the reliability of DIGI’s all-in-one Delious PICO POS system, Muginoho decided to deploy the all-new IPT-2000 model at their 2nd outlet in Square 2 mall.
The IPT-2000 spots a white housing that complements with the outlet’s Instagrammable dreamy white exterior, while its space-saving design and sleek cable management ensure the takeaway counter is neat and clutter-free.
Mr Hirofumi Tsuda, General Manager, Beard Papa & Chewy Beret Operations, shared that DMC has played a huge role in ensuring the latest promotions are rolled out in timely manner.
Due to the need to juggle multiple stores, being able to manage the system remotely means Mr Tsuda can update pricing and add new cream puff flavours even when he is away on business trips.
Having this real-time update capability also means new promotions will be ready for sale right when the next shift begins. With the improved operational agility, frontline staff would also have more time to focus on customer service and the production of the cream puffs.
