Solution: Improving Production Efficiency with LX-5600

The all-in-one functionality has greatly improved production efficiency compared with manual packaging using trays with lids.
Operators only need to place the item on the infeed—the entire process (weighing, gas flushing, top-sealing, and labeling) is completed automatically, ensuring consistent production speed regardless of operator experience.

Thanks to MAP technology, which extends the shelf life from 5 to 10 days, they can now produce larger quantities at once.
As a result, production volume has reportedly doubled.
