SPK-3000
An integrated in-motion dimensioning and weighing system
The SPK-3000 automatically measures the length, width, height and weight of packages flowing over its conveyor belt.
Packages are transported at a maximum rate of 70 m/minute. The system can measure packages measuring up to 153 cm in length, and a compensation function automatically corrects for errors resulting from diagonal package placement and returns correct measurements. RS-232C, RS-422, and Ethernet interfaces are a standard feature, making it easy to share data with upstream systems. With its ability to measure moving packages, the SPK-3000 finds application in busy distribution centers, such as those found in the air cargo, home delivery, warehousing, and transport industries.
Hi-precision gate sensor measures dimensions quickly
The SPK-3000 automatically measures dimensions of packages (length, width, height) by simply passing them over a conveyor belt. The gate sensor has a built-in optic sensor, and the package is measured when it passes below the sensor. It can measure packages as thin as 5mm. Correction function allows measurement of packages which are placed diagonally on the conveyor belt.
