Please be advised that as of January 1, 2021 our three entities, DIGI America, Inc; DIGI New England LLC; and Aeon Industries will have merged into one company, DIGI America, Inc.
The merger will bring about consolidation to create efficiency in operation and workflow. There will be no disruption of service and operation. Every employee that you have relied upon all these years will still be here, ready to serve you.
