This time, they installed the MAP tray sealer LX-5600 at their Kumamoto factory. While striving to produce affordable, high-quality, and safe products, we are also reducing the workload of production staff through increased automation.

However, because the products manufactured at the factory had a short shelf life, in order to meet shipping deadlines workers had to work from early morning until late at night. This highlighted the need for further improvements in the work environment.

Through the installation of the MAP Tray sealer LX-5600 it became possible to extend the usual shelf life of prepared side dishes by two to three days.
As a result, employees are able to perform cooking and preparation earlier in the day during more favorable working hours, helping to reduce their workload.
